Neil is a writer and director whose credits include Bradford Riots (winner of the Arts Council England Decibel Award), The Take, Skins and Second Generation.
Neil is the co-creator of Lucky Man for Carnival/Sky which tx’ed in January 2016. Series one, on which Neil was also lead writer and co-exec was Sky 1’s highest rated original drama series ever. The second series is in production.
He has delivered a revised first draft of feature Why I Write Crime Fiction (with author Stav Sherez) for Mint Pictures, and is attached to direct. He is currently editing his original feature Darkness Visible (Newscope Films/Parti Productions – with development-funding from the BFI).
