Paul Campbell

Paul Campbell is a screenwriter, and a graduate of the BBC’s Drama Writers’ Academy. Born in Canterbury in 1966, he currently lives in Bromley, South London, with his wife and three children.

Paul is a regular writer for Doctors, and has been commissioned to write a minimum of 3 episodes for series 23. He has also written for Casualty, Holby City and EastEnders. He has recently written an episode of The Dumping Ground Series 15 for CBBC.

“The White Queen”, Paul’s film noir episode of Doctors, was a critic’s choice in The Sunday Times and Radio Times in 2008.

Paul received a Wellcome Trust Broadcast Development Award to support the development of his TV drama, Madhouse.
