Paul Campbell

Paul Campbell is a screenwriter, and a graduate of the BBC’s Drama Writers’ Academy. Born in Canterbury in 1966, he currently lives in Bromley, South London, with his wife and three children.

Paul is a regular writer for Doctors, and has been commissioned to write a minimum of 5 episodes for series 18. He has also written for Casualty, Holby City and has completed his seventh episode of EastEnders.

“The White Queen”, Paul’s film noir episode of Doctors, was a critic’s choice in The Sunday Times and Radio Times in 2008.

Paul received a Wellcome Trust Broadcast Development Award to support the development of his TV drama, Madhouse.
