Stephen Greenhorn’s Sunshine on Leith which was released last year based on his musical featuring the music of The Proclaimers has been nominated for five Scottish BAFTAs – for Best Film, Best Director (Dexter Fletcher), Best Film Actor (Peter Mullan), and two nominations for Best Film Actress for Jane Horrocks and Freya Mavor.

The Black Camel Pictures/DNA film was released in October 2013 to rave reviews, and premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. It is now available on DVD.
