Frances graduated in Textile Design, exhibiting at New Designers in 1988. She ran the Theatre Bar at Winchester’s Theatre Royal, spending summers travelling and teaching weaving in the US. Inspired by the work of touring companies such as Cheek by Jowl and Oxford Stage Company she came to work at The King’s Head Theatre in Islington. Frances was hired by Rochelle in April 1991 and quickly moved on to build her own list of clients from 1992. She is married with two children, one of whom is Rose Arnold below!

Rose graduated from her Masters in Theatre in 2022. Rose primarily studied feminism and intersectionality within theatre, focusing on the ethical responsibilities of autobiographical performance. Having enjoyed reading and studying the works of Crouch, Kane, Greig, Churchill, and more, Rose moved to London to pursue a career in the industry. In November 2022 she interned at Rochelle Stevens & Co before becoming the Office Assistant in July 2023. Rose began to build her own list of clients in 2025.

Kit graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2020 with a degree in Classics. After spending two years working in PR in London, he decided to pursue a career in the TV and film industry. In late 2023, he became a freelance script and book reader, reading for World Productions, New Pictures and Carnival Films, among others, and freelanced as a writer and script supervisor before joining Rochelle Stevens & Co as Frances’ Assistant in October 2025. In his spare time, Kit writes and directs comedy, which he has been doing since university, and has taken several productions to the Edinburgh Fringe.
