Eoghan lives in Ireland and was nominated by the Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern to Seanad Éireann in the 2007 election. He devised the TV adaptation of Bernard Cornwell’s Sharpe novels starring Sean Bean and currently teaches writing at IADT, the Irish national film school and at UCD.
