Barry was one of the main writers on Grange Hill for series 9-15 and worked on many shows including Minder, Paradise Club, Byker Grove, Coral Island, Junk (BAFTA award for Best School’s Drama) and Throwaways.
His most recent work has been on Midsomer Murders and on the children’s series Roman Mysteries.
